-Develop new business with existing clients, prospect and call upon potential high value contacts to include owners and regional managers in the multifamily industry for continued lasting relationships
-Provide in-depth estimate/proposals in a timely manner to clients 
-Communicate all aspects of the construction phase with client to ensure all parties are informed
-Prepare all construction documents between contractor and client 
-Conduct pre-construction meetings with clients and project management team
